The planetary dispersing mixer (2.5L planetary mixer) has three axes: high speed, low speed, and movable scraper. The planetary dispersing mixer is used in high viscosity batteries, coatings, organic silicone, inks, dyes, adhesives, etc.

Working principle
The planetary dispersing mixer has high-speed, low-speed, and movable scraper blades for stirring, shearing, scraping, and dissolving. The low-speed operation of the mixing anchor causes the material to flip, shear, and mix up and down in a closed container. The high-speed operation of the toothed dispersing disk produces strong collision and shear with the mixed material. As the mixing anchor rotates, the movable scraper on the planetary carrier rotates to completely scrape off the material on the kettle body, ensuring that the aggregates meet the requirements of mixing, dispersion, and dissolution completely and thoroughly. Under its different effects of high and low speeds, the material can achieve uniform mixing and dispersion.

disadvantage
The structure is complex, and planetary mixers usually achieve planetary motion through planetary gear transmission. The transmission box structure is complex and difficult to maintain. Usually accompanied by noise issues. The price is high, and both the transmission box and the blade bucket require precision machining, which is much higher than that of ordinary mixers.

Equipment operation and maintenance
After completing all the preparation work, turn on the power and proceed with the work according to the prescribed requirements.
The operating components include the main pot mixing system, main pot homogenization system, main pot lifting system, auxiliary pot mixing system, and vacuum pump system. Control can be achieved through buttons on the panel, which can control the illumination and extinguishing of the lighting, the operation of the main pot mixing, the operation of the main pot dispersion, the operation of the vacuum pump, and the heating of the main and auxiliary pots. All controls are carried out on the control panel.
Filling operation
a. The filling speed is adjusted by the hydraulic station throttle valve according to the viscosity of the material
b. The filling volume is adjusted by the time setting on the control panel
c. The up button controls the continuous rise of the oil cylinder

Precautions
1. Do not operate mixing or dispersion while the lid is open.
2. Do not raise the pot lid too high. Observe while touching the upper limit and lid tightly to ensure safety.
3. Grounding the power supply wire to ensure electrical safety.
4. Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning, the equipment must be disconnected from the power supply.
5. Never put your hands into the pot or touch any moving parts during the operation of the equipment to prevent accidents.
6. If there is any abnormal response during operation, stop running immediately and wait to investigate the cause before starting up.
