Basic structure
Roller: The surface is covered with a corundum layer (such as sintered corundum or ceramic coating) to enhance wear resistance.
Transmission system: Driven by a motor, it drives two rollers to rotate towards each other through a reducer, gear, or belt.
Adjustment device: manually or hydraulically adjust the roller spacing to control the discharge particle size.
Safety device: Spring or hydraulic buffer to prevent overload damage to equipment.

Working principle
The material enters the gap between the two rollers from above and is crushed by compression, shearing, and grinding.
The high hardness (Mohs hardness 9) of the corundum roller surface can effectively reduce wear and extend its service life.

1. Selection parameters
Material hardness (recommended Mohs hardness ≤ 9), feed particle size (usually ≤ 30mm), processing capacity (0.5-50 tons/hour).
2. Maintenance suggestions
Regularly inspect the wear of the roller surface and promptly repair or replace it.
Prevent metal foreign objects from entering and prevent the roller surface from cracking.
Lubricate the bearings to maintain the stability of the transmission system.
