3. Check the heating system: Check whether the heating elements (such as heating rods, heating tubes, etc.) are correctly installed and well connected to the power supply. Check if the temperature sensor of the heating system is working properly to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
4. Check the mixing system: Check whether the mixer is correctly installed in the horizontal heating mixer and well connected to the driving device. Ensure that the blades or screws of the mixer are intact and not loose or broken.
5. Check the control system: Check the settings and adjustments of temperature controllers, liquid level controllers, timers, or other control devices. Ensure that the parameters and set values of the control system are correct and can operate and respond normally.
6. Check protective devices: Ensure that the equipment is equipped with protective devices such as over temperature protection, over-current protection, leakage protection, etc., and check the working status and settings of these protective devices.
7. Perform no-load operation: Before starting the equipment, a no-load operation test can be conducted. By turning on the power supply and corresponding control switches of the equipment, check whether each component of the equipment is operating normally, and ensure that the mechanical and electrical systems of the equipment are working properly.
8. Testing temperature and stirring function: During no-load operation, temperature and stirring parameters can be set and tested to ensure that the equipment can achieve the required temperature and stirring effect.
9. Observe the operation: Before officially putting into operation, observe the operation and stability of the horizontal heating mixer. Pay attention to observing for any abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, or other issues.
