The dual planetary mixing mixer is a mixing device that mixes, dissolves, disperses, and homogenizes various liquids and powders. It consists of a reduction motor, a cover, a planetary carrier, high-speed, low-speed, and movable scraper shafts, a scraper, a material bucket, a dual column hydraulic lifting system, a vacuum system, and a frame. The dual planetary mixer can work under vacuum and continuously discharge water and other volatile substances, making it suitable for use as a degassing kettle. The material bucket can be heated or cooled by oil or water circulation as needed; Steam heating can also be used. The heating temperature is displayed through the temperature controller on the control panel. Planetary disperser mixer (planetary mixer) is applied to high viscosity batteries, coatings, organic silicone, inks, dyes, adhesives, etc.

 
Working principle
The dual planetary dispersing mixer has high-speed, low-speed, and movable scraper blades for stirring, shearing, scraping, and dissolving. The low-speed operation of the mixing anchor causes the material to flip, shear, and mix up and down in a closed container. The high-speed operation of the toothed dispersing disk produces strong collision and shear with the mixed material. As the mixing anchor rotates, the movable scraper on the planetary carrier rotates to completely scrape off the material on the kettle body, ensuring that the aggregates meet the requirements of mixing, dispersion, and dissolution completely and thoroughly. Under its different effects of high and low speeds, the material can achieve uniform mixing and dispersion.

Accurate temperature
The barrel is equipped with a jacket, which can achieve heating/cooling and insulation functions; The kettle body can be heated by electricity, oil, water, and steam circulation. There is a unique temperature detection device on the transmission shaft, which is in direct contact with the material to ensure accurate temperature;
Vacuum holding pressure
Mechanical seals, dynamic seals, and O-ring static seals enable a vacuum degree of -0.098MPa and high vacuum degree retention;
