A small jaw crusher is a small mechanical equipment used for primary crushing, mainly used for coarse or medium crushing of materials such as ores, rocks, construction waste, etc. with medium hardness or below.

Working principle
Structural composition
The fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw) and the movable jaw plate (movable jaw) form the crushing chamber.
The motor drives the eccentric shaft through a pulley, driving the movable jaw to undergo periodic reciprocating motion.
Crushing process
After the material enters the crushing chamber, the moving jaw presses against the fixed jaw, and the material is crushed through repeated squeezing and release.
Materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged from the bottom discharge port, while those that do not meet the standards continue to be crushed.
