Discussion on Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction Methods for Circulating Grinding Equipment
Circulating grinding equipment is a commonly used grinding equipment in chemical, metallurgical, and mineral enterprises. The noise generated during operation ranges from 95-120dB (A), which not only affects the health of operators but also endangers the accuracy of factory equipment. How to achieve sound insulation and noise reduction has become a problem for many industrial enterprises. There are generally two methods for noise reduction, which are installing soundproof enclosures and setting up soundproof rooms.
1. Close the entire circulating grinding equipment in a soundproof enclosure, add sound absorbing and insulating materials in the interlayer of the soundproof enclosure, reduce the noise level of the equipment, and avoid the external dispersion of equipment noise. This method can achieve a sound insulation effect of 25-45dB. Explanation: When planning soundproof enclosures, attention should be paid to equipment ventilation and heat dissipation, as well as maintenance and repair needs.
2. If the space scale allows, the equipment operation room can be converted into a soundproof room to address the disadvantage of insufficient equipment maintenance space, but attention still needs to be paid to equipment ventilation and heat dissipation planning.
Sound insulation and noise reduction function: (1) The measured noise level in the workshop is lower than the relevant regulations, and the industrial enterprise noise emission standard is 85 decibels; (2) The noise reduction of the circulating grinding equipment can ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
