Scope of use

This machine is suitable for crushing medium and high hardness materials such as limestone, calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, glass powder, ceramics, slag, coke, coal and other brittle materials in industrial sectors such as miscellaneous cement, chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, etc. After crushing, the materials are not contaminated.

Working principle
This machine is installed horizontally with two rollers, one of which is a movable roller and the other is a fixed roller. The two main shafts are directly driven by two motors, and the worm gear box is fastened to the bearing seat with a connecting flange. When working, materials are added from the feeding hopper and fall between the two rollers. With the rotation of the rollers, the materials are rolled into the space between the two rollers under the action of friction and crushed by compression. Fine materials fall into the hopper through the gap between the rollers and are collected. Adjusting the gap between the two rollers can obtain materials of different particle sizes. When the roller encounters materials or debris that exceed the processing hardness of the machine and cannot be broken, the movable roller is subjected to a strong reaction force from the hard block. This force overcomes the elastic force of the compression spring, causing the movable roller to slide outward along the guide rail of the support seat, increasing the gap between the rollers and allowing the hard block to pass through, thus preventing the roller from getting stuck and burning the motor.
