Continuous ball mill

    Continuous horizontal ball mill is an important equipment for dry grinding in the production of silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metals, quartz sand, metal manganese sheets, and glass ceramics.


Working principle
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gears, sprockets or belts, and a two compartment grid type ball hemp machine.
The material is uniformly fed into the ball mill bin through the feeding machine and the hollow shaft screw, which contains three different specifications of ball media. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the ball media to a certain height and then falls down, causing heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition plate, which contains four different specifications of ball media for further grinding. The powdered material is discharged through the discharge port screen and enters the vibrating screen powder machine for classification and grinding operation.

Structural characteristics
This machine consists of a feeder, a discharge section, a rotating section, a transmission section, and a grading section. The hollow shaft is made of castings, and the inner lining can be made according to user requirements. The equipment runs smoothly and reliably.

Basic requirements
1. Each 500-800 kg metal manganese sheet material is ball milled per hour without introducing any impurities during the milling process.
2. The material of the equipment barrel is 10mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the interior of the barrel is lined with polyurethane. The abrasive has no dead corners and does not stick to the material.
3. Using a self rotating bucket to discharge animal materials, the equipment is enclosed in a closed shell with no dust rising outside.
4. The equipment is designed reasonably, runs stably, has good reliability, is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and has a noise level of less than 65db.

1. The total volume of the ball mill bucket is 850L, and the material processing capacity in 1 hour is 500-800 kilograms.
2. The main motor of the equipment adopts YE3 series brake motor, with a power of 15kw, brand Anhui Wannan, hard tooth surface reducer ZLY180, brand Jiangsu Guomao, spiral conveyor reducer, helical gear reducer R57, brand Jiangsu Guomao.
3. The milling time is set to 0-999 minutes with a timed shutdown.
4. Power supply: 380V/220V/50Hz, three-phase four wire.

Main component technical specifications
1. The main motor voltage of the equipment is three-phase 380V, and the rated output power of the motor is 15kw. It adopts Anhui Wannan YE3 series motor with brake function. The reducer adopts hard tooth surface gear reducer ZLY180-20-II, brand Jiangsu Guomao.
2. The total volume of the mixing bucket is 850L, with a loading capacity of 300L. The bucket body is made of 10mm SUS304 stainless steel and lined with polyurethane with a thickness of 8-10mm. Reinforcement plates and ribs are installed at the main shaft of the bucket body for reinforcement treatment.
3. The frame material is section steel, and the bottom plate is covered with A3 steel plate for cleaning. The overall interior and exterior of the frame are smooth and flat, and the surface and inner layers are treated with rust prevention. The surface layer is treated with baking paint.
4. When discharging, the barrel adopts an automatic continuous rolling method to automatically throw the materials that meet the requirements out of the collection bin outside the grinding barrel while grinding them. The mesh size of the discharge screen is 80 mesh, and the screen material is SUS304 stainless steel. The equipment is equipped with nitrogen protection, and the discharge is clean and free of dead corners. The feeding port is Ø 300mm, and the lid is fixed with screws, which has good sealing performance, durability, and easy operation without dead corners.
5. The enclosed casing is made of 2mm steel plate, coated with Teflon inside with a thickness of 0.03-0.06mm, and treated with wire drawing and polishing on the outside. The casing has good sealing and no dust rises during discharge. The discharge port is controlled by a DN150 butterfly valve to regulate the discharge flow rate.
6. The spindle at both ends of the ball mill barrel maintains absolute concentricity, which ensures smooth operation of the equipment, avoids bearing damage, and extends the service life of the bearings.
7. The material is fed through the left spiral conveyor, which uses a helical gear reducer from Jiangsu Guomao brand. The spiral shaft is made of SUS304 round steel precision lathe, with high precision, good quality, and durability. The spiral shaft is sprayed with tungsten carbide, with a thickness of 0.15-0.2mm and a speed of 0-85 revolutions per minute. It is controlled by a frequency converter to control the output of the conveyed material, which is consistent with the automatic screening and discharge in the bucket. The capacity of the spiral conveying silo is 500L, and the inner wall is sprayed with polyurethane with a thickness of 2-3mm. The outer part is brushed and polished.
7. Good dynamic balance and no impact during ball milling. The rotation speed of the barrel is 0-52r/min, and the working noise is below 65dB.
8. The reducer adopts a gear reducer, and the barrel and reducer are driven by a double row chain. The sprocket adopts a quenching process, which has high hardness, smooth operation, long service life, and low maintenance. The motor and reducer are connected by soft connections and driven by pulleys to avoid mechanical damage and reduce working noise. The transmission part is a fully enclosed structure with no dust pollution.
9. The equipment has good insulation and is sensitive to operation. The equipment feet can be equipped with foot screws to reduce vibration.

11. The electrical appliances adopt Chint, and the equipment control is random operation.

Installation and debugging
1、 Installation
1. The whole equipment is shipped, easy to install, and simple.
2. The equipment can be installed on any horizontal ground with a cement foundation without the need for anchor bolts.
3. The second party shall prepare power and cable utility supporting projects: (1) Power supply power: 15kw (2) Cable is BV-10mm2 three-phase four wire, and the length depends on the distance between the factory distribution cabinet and the equipment electrical box.
2、 Debugging
1. After receiving the equipment, Party B shall promptly notify Party A of the receipt of the equipment and inform Party A of Party B's preparation status.
2. After receiving the equipment debugging notice from Party B, Party A shall immediately appoint experienced and qualified technical personnel to provide free guidance on equipment debugging to Party B.
