Working principle
The machine adopts a spiral conveyor or negative pressure automatic suction, and the material enters the crushing chamber.
N crushing nozzles are evenly distributed around the lower circumference of the crushing chamber. When the material enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed airflow is simultaneously sprayed by the crushing nozzles, causing the material to be impacted by the high-speed airflow and collide with each other, resulting in crushing. The crushed material is classified by the high-speed rotating grading wheel, and fine particles (qualified products) enter the grading wheel, while coarse particles circulate back to the crushing chamber for further crushing. The crushed material is classified by a high-speed rotating classification wheel under the action of a high-pressure induced draft fan. Qualified particles enter the classification wheel and are collected by a cyclone through a discharge pipe. Finer particles enter the bag filter connected to the cyclone for collection.

Equipment features
a. This machine is suitable for dry ultrafine grinding, with a high airflow impact speed of up to 2 Mach or more. Generally, it is easy to obtain particles ranging from 1 to 10 μ m. Depending on the material properties, particles smaller than 1 μ m can also be obtained;
b. Due to the classification mechanism installed inside the crusher, the coarse particles in the material are continuously circulated and crushed, thus obtaining products with uniform particle size distribution and a small particle size distribution range;
c. During the crushing process, due to the expansion of compressed air, the temperature drops, making it suitable for crushing low melting point, thermosensitive substances. It also plays a role in mixing and dispersing during the crushing process;
d. This machine has a short crushing time, high efficiency, and can perform continuous crushing to maintain the purity of the crushed products;
e. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, small footprint, low noise, and no vibration.
