Linear vibrating screen

    Linear sieve (linear vibrating screen) uses vibration motor excitation as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The material enters the feeding port of the screening machine uniformly from the feeder, and through multiple layers of screens, it produces several specifications of sieved and undersized materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets.

The material enters the feeding port of the screening machine uniformly from the feeder, and through multiple layers of screens, it produces several specifications of sieved and undersized materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is suitable for assembly line operations.

Scope of use
The screening and grading of powdered and granular materials are applied in industries such as coal, hydropower, mining, building materials, chemicals, plastics, abrasives, pharmaceuticals, grains, carbon, fertilizers, etc.

Working principle
When the vibrating screen is working, the two motors rotate synchronously in reverse, causing the exciter to generate reverse excitation force, forcing the screen body to drive the sieve mesh to move longitudinally, causing the material on it to be periodically thrown forward by the excitation force, thus completing the material screening operation.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Suitable for screening various dry powder materials with particle size ranging from 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%, and no viscosity. The particle size of the large feed should not exceed 10mm.
