Working principle
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through a reduction device. Due to gravity, they are thrown and dropped, and the ore is gradually crushed under impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged outside the drum through the discharge section. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is fed back to the ball mill through a combined feeder for further grinding. The feeder feeds continuously and uniformly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and uniformly through the combined feeder. The ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill. Ceramic ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.

Installation
When installing the ball mill, the main bearing should be installed first. In order to avoid exacerbating the wear of the shoulder of the hollow shaft neck and the bearing liner, the elevation difference between the base plates of the two main bearings should not exceed 0.25 millimeters per meter of length. Secondly, when installing the cylinder of the ball mill, depending on specific conditions, the entire pre assembled simplified body can be directly installed, or it can be installed in several parts. The shaft neck and the centerline of the ball mill should be checked and adjusted, and the concentricity error must be ensured to be less than 0.25 millimeters per meter of length. Install transmission components (small gears, uranium, couplings, reducers, motors, etc.). During the installation process, measurements and adjustments should be made according to the product technical standards. Check the radial runout of the ring gear and the meshing performance of the small gear; Concentricity of reducer and small gear; And the concentricity of the electric motor and reducer. After all installations meet the requirements, the pouring of foundation bolts and main bearing base plates can be carried out.
