Working principle
This device utilizes a mixer with two cylindrical cylinders of unequal length and asymmetrical arrangement. When the mixer rotates, the material undergoes decomposition and combination, and from combination to decomposition. Due to the different planes of the material, there is also a lateral force that drives the material to exchange laterally. Each rotation of the lateral force causes about 25% of the material to flow from one barrel to another, resulting in lateral and radial mixing of the materials. The decomposition and combination of the materials interact with each other, achieving a uniform mixing effect.
Characteristic
Without mechanical compression and strong wear, it can maintain the integrity of material particles. The barrel is polished both inside and outside, designed with smooth transitions and no dead corners to avoid cross contamination of materials. The discharge port is equipped with a butterfly valve for easy unloading.
This machine can also be equipped with forced mixing devices, material humidification systems, gas protection devices, etc. according to user needs.
