Our company's independently produced 0.5L-100L sieve free and shaft sealed sand mill is a specialized machinery for the preparation of nanomaterials. The rotor structure of this sand mill adopts a turbine pin type structure, which greatly enhances the shear force, allowing the material to be cut and dispersed at high speed in the grinding chamber, thus quickly becoming finer, and the grinding fineness can reach sub micron or even nanometer level.
This machine adopts a sieve free centrifugal separation discharge method, which enables this sand mill to use zirconia beads with diameters as small as 0.1-0.2mm, thereby enhancing the grinding efficiency and making the physical particles finer, more uniform, and with a uniform particle size distribution.
The unique design and construction of this model concentrates the main kinetic energy of the entire grinding process on grinding large particle materials, and the grinding efficiency is more than twice that of traditional horizontal sand mills! The vertical nano sand mill is an ultrafine nano sand mill that integrates grinding and dispersion, especially suitable for the production and grinding of small batches and multiple varieties of products. Over the years, it has been successfully applied in various fields such as chemical engineering and pigments.

Characteristic
The rotating parts of the grinder are single axis structures, with holes drilled in the middle for material feeding.
When grinding, the stirring shaft can drive the grinding medium in the entire grinding cylinder, and the high-efficiency centrifugal separator can effectively separate the product and grinding medium, ensuring the good operation of the machine for high viscosity products. According to the specific requirements of the product, the machine can be designed according to different materials (such as polyurethane, polymer, ceramic, etc.), and contains multiple double end mechanical seals.
