Application scope
The plow knife mixer is widely used for mixing solid solid (powder to powder), solid-liquid (powder to slurry), block to viscous materials in industries such as chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, building materials, plastics, adhesive raw materials, food raw materials, powder metallurgy, mining materials, petroleum raw materials, etc. It is also equipped with a jacket heating and drying type.
Working principle
The plow blade mixer is driven by the main shaft reducer to move the plow blade assembly shaft. Part of the material moves radially along the circumference of the cylinder, while the material is thrown out along the normal direction on both sides of the plow blade. The other part of the thrown material passes through the flying blade assembly, and is sheared and stirred by the high-speed rotating flying blade. It is also suitable for mixing viscous, viscous, block solid solid (powder to powder), solid slurry (powder to slurry) materials or materials with large density differences.
Structural characteristics
The plow blade mixer is mainly composed of the transmission part, horizontal cylinder, plow blade assembly shaft, flying blade assembly, discharge valve, spray device and other components.
1. Transmission part: It is transmitted to the plow blade shaft by the main motor and reducer.
2. Horizontal cylinder: The horizontal cylinder carries materials, and the upper part of the cylinder is equipped with a feeding port and observation hole. One side of the cylinder has a material cleaning door.
3. Plowing blade assembly shaft: Plowing blades are arranged according to their volume size, installed on the main shaft, and mix materials in circular motion inside the cylinder.
4. Flying knife group: The auxiliary motor is directly connected to each group, and there are data rakes of different sizes on each group. The high-speed flying knife has a scattering and shearing mixing effect.
5. Discharge valve: installed at the bottom of the cylinder for discharging materials.
6. Spray device: The spray device is arranged on the upper part of the cylinder, consisting of pipe fittings and nozzle components, and is fixed on the cylinder to evenly distribute and spray.
7. Customizable: jacket heating, cooling, drying type.
