The dual planetary mixing mixer is a mixing device that mixes, dissolves, disperses, and homogenizes various liquids and powders. It consists of a reduction motor, a cover, a planetary carrier, high-speed, low-speed, and movable scraper shafts, a scraper, a material bucket, a dual column hydraulic lifting system, a vacuum system, and a frame.
Efficient mixing
Efficient and multi-purpose equipment that integrates reaction, mixing, refining, and dispersion; The stirring blade inside the kettle rotates while revolving, causing the material to flow up, down, and around, thus achieving the mixing effect in a very short time. There are no dead corners during the mixing process, and the effect is more than ten times that of a regular mixer;
precision machining
The stirring blade is cast in one go, with a gap of up to 2mm between the blades, 1-2mm between the blades and the bottom, and 2-3mm between the blades and the bucket wall; The inner wall of the barrel is precision machined by a lathe, and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper on the paddle completely hangs off the material on the inner wall of the kettle when rotating;
Accurate temperature
The barrel is equipped with a jacket, which can achieve heating/cooling and insulation functions; The kettle body can be heated by electricity, oil, water, and steam circulation. There is a unique temperature detection device on the transmission shaft, which is in direct contact with the material to ensure accurate temperature;
Vacuum holding pressure
Mechanical seals, dynamic seals, and O-ring static seals enable a vacuum degree of -0.098MPa and high vacuum degree retention;

A variety of mixing forms are available: single axis dispersion, single axis emulsification, double Fried Dough Twists frame mixing, frame mixing, paddle type, claw type, etc;
