Working principle
The 100L dual planetary mixing mixer has high-speed, low-speed, and movable scraper blades for mixing, shearing, scraping, and dissolving. The low-speed operation of the mixing anchor causes the material to flip, shear, and mix up and down in a closed container. The high-speed operation of the toothed dispersing disk produces strong collision and shear with the mixed material. As the mixing anchor rotates, the movable scraper on the planetary carrier rotates to completely scrape off the material on the kettle body, ensuring that the aggregates meet the requirements of mixing, dispersion, and dissolution completely and thoroughly. Under its different effects of high and low speeds, the material can achieve uniform mixing and dispersion.
