Application scope
The horizontal screw belt mixer is applied to the mixing of solid (i.e. powder to powder) and slurry (i.e. powder to slurry) in pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc. It is also suitable for mixing viscous materials.
Structural characteristics
1. This machine is a horizontal cylinder with a unique structure of inner and outer double-layer spiral belts. It runs smoothly, has reliable quality, low noise, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and has multiple agitator structures. It is a versatile mixing equipment with a wide range of applications. The mixing effect of the horizontal spiral bar mixer is not affected by the particle size density.
2. The mixing speed is fast, the mixing uniformity is high, and a scraper can be installed on the spiral belt, which has a good mixing effect on viscous materials.
3. For the mixing requirements of different materials (special materials need to be cleaned each time they are mixed), different screw structures can be used, and heating and drying jackets can be provided for customers to choose from.
4. The positive and negative rotating screw belts are installed on the same horizontal axis, creating a low-power and effective hybrid environment. The smooth mixing process reduces the damage to fragile materials, and the installation of a flying knife structure for crushing can be combined with a spray system. Mix the liquid and powder thoroughly and evenly.
5. A cleaning door can also be opened on the horizontal body for users to clean. The overall height of the equipment is low, making it easy to install.
Working principle
The horizontal screw belt mixer is driven by the inner and outer diameter screw bars installed on the mixing shaft to move the material inside the drum, causing the mixer to extensively flip the material inside the drum. In terms of the structure of the mixer, the screw bars are designed as inner and outer, and left and right opposite screw bars. When the mixer is working, the inner screw bar drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing it from the inside to both sides in the axial direction. The outer screw bar drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate around the axis, pushing it from both sides to the inside in the axial direction. This causes the material to circulate and shear mix inside the barrel, achieving rapid and uniform mixing of the material in a short period of time.
