    The YQ50A laboratory small airflow pulverizer is a new generation of energy-saving airflow pulverizer developed specifically for research institutes and laboratories to address the issue of excessive material loss in small experiments.
    The BS100 laboratory small airflow crusher is made of stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade SUS304) and high-purity engineering ceramics or anti adhesive polymer materials to ensure the purity of the finished product.


The grinding principle of YQ50A laboratory small airflow crusher
By using compressed air as the crushing power, negative pressure is generated at the feeding port when the compressed air passes through the feeding nozzle. Under the action of negative pressure, the material enters the crushing chamber through a suction tube. After entering the crushing chamber, supersonic airflow is generated when the compressed air passes through the crushing nozzle, and high-speed motion, friction, and collision are achieved to achieve the crushing effect. The crushed material moves downwards and directly enters the cyclone separator for separation. Most of the finished products are collected here, and the remaining small amount of dust is collected through the anti adhesive material pipeline and enters the collector for recycling. The dust is collected and discharged into the atmosphere with clean air.

Working principle of ZK200 laboratory small airflow crusher
Equipment that compresses air into high-pressure gas through a compressor, and then processes it through refrigeration, filtration, and drying to meet the clean gas source requirements of customers. Clean high-pressure gas generates supersonic gas column shaped hypersonic vortices through special nozzles set in multiple directions in the crushing chamber. At the same time, high-pressure airflow forms a gas piston through the feed injector, creating internal suction negative pressure at the feed inlet. The animal material enters the crushing chamber and collides and collides with each other under the high-speed movement of the supersonic vortex, generating friction to achieve the crushing effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particles of material continue to move at high speed outside the vortex field, while small particles are not affected by centrifugal force and flow directly into the cyclone separator for recovery. Most of the finished products are recovered, and the remaining small amount of dust moves upward through the central pipeline of the crusher and enters the dust collector for capture.
